I would like to take a moment to share with you a recent experience we enjoyed, courtesy of your team.

I walked into your office in Albert Street at around five minutes to 5pm on a Monday afternoon.  Now one might expect a cool reception, arriving shortly before closing time on a Monday, yet within a minute of walking through the door, Daniel Stocco had walked from his office to offer his assistance as did Vicki Lekanis.  After spending a few minutes looking at various options on the front office computer, with great enthusiasm from your team, we found several options that might have been suitable.  An hour later, I met Vicki at a prospective apartment for a pleasant inspection and, less than 24-hours later, we were approved for the property.  Wow!!!

From the first greeting to the reference checks, from emails to finalising paperwork, we have enjoyed what I can only describe as exemplary customer service.  Daniel even went so far as to recommend a local wine bar – a suitable place to pass time – until the property inspection was due.  My fiancée and I are delighted, not only because we have moved into a beautiful apartment, but because the experience of seeking the property has been a delight.

If this is the level of service you provide each of your clients (and I imagine that it is) I can see that you have a very successful business and highly committed clientele.  My congratulations to you and our deepest thanks to Vicki, Daniel and Jaci.

This letter serves to testify that I have known Vicki Lekanis in a professional capacity for a period of almost two years and I am delighted to provide a testimonial for her.
